Commerce Casino Winner

Eric Hershler has won the Commerce Casino World Poker Tour Event. He takes home $2.4 million dollars for his performance. This is the largest winner in World Poker Tour history as there was a record number of entrants and a total prize pool of $7, 593,600. This was Eric’s first poker tournament ever and he came into the tournament thinking he had no chance to win. Five days later he made a believer out of himself as he beat the favorite J.C. Tran who was a chip leader for most of the five day tournament. This event will be televised on the Travel Channel June 27.
