Poker Stars Ocean 13 Charity Event

Poker Stars has teamed up with the cast and producers of the new installment of the Ocean series. ‘Ocean 13′ will be coming out this summer and to celebrate Poker Stars will be holding charity tournaments to help the suffering in Darfur.

Poker Stars has already pledged to donate $1 million dollars. They will also donate the total prize pool of the Ocean’s Thirteen Darfur Charity Tournaments and Poker Atars will be matching the prize pool. Winners of the first tournament on May 13th 2007, 14:30 ET will be given 2 tickets to see the film (at the Cannes film festival), 2 nights accommodation at the Cannes and $2000 dollars spending cash.

In the second darfur charity tournament on May 27th 2007, 15:30 ET the prizes will be tickets to see the film premier in LA, 2 nights hotel and $2000 dollars.
