Bodog Loses Bodog.com and Now Using NewBodog.com and NewBodog.net

Bodog recently lost their domain name after a legal dispute with a company that claimed Bodog was using their patent for online betting without their consent. The company challenged Bodog.net in court, Bodog being based overseas did not show up for the hearing and thought nothing of it. The company then was able to take the domain name as restitution by contacting Enom. Now Bodog is currently fighting for their domain name. This is probably costing them hundreds of thousands of dollars since Bodog.com and Bodog.net are currently resolving to nothing.

To remedy the situation Bodog is now trying to get their domain back. For the time being they are now using New Bodog.com and New Bodog.net. This is temporary but everyone knows that legal proceedings are never fast and it could take awhile before Bodog gets back the control of their domain name.
