Will you go see Lucky You? The New Poker Movie

Well it is not everyday a new poker movie comes out. But this one is a lot different then rounders. It is a love story starring Drew Barrymore and Eric Bana (Hollywood trying to cash in on the popularity of Texas Hold-em?). The movie is about Eric Bana who is a poker player in Las Vegas that has a problem playing because his emotions get in the way of his game…(sounds like a terrible poker player). This movie just sounds terrible to me and it is just like they threw in poker to maybe appeal to wife’s who can get their husband to see a “poker” movie with them. Don’t be fooled, it’s a love story plain and simple. I haven’t yet seen it but from what I have read so far I don’t plan too. Check out the rotten tomatos reviews to see what reviewers that actually see it say. I am guessing they won’t be good…which may end up being a good read.
