Poker After Dark, the late night poker show has been picked up for a second season. They will begin filming the season soon at the South Point Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. The first episode will are on June 11 with Shana Hiatt hosting. The poker tournament is a $20,000 buy-in and is a 6 handed freezeout tournament with the winner of the tournament taking it all.

One of the most interesting aspects of Poker After Dark is they show nearly all the hands. This leads to a generally slower experience as viewer because poker can be arduous when players keep folding but it does give you a real sense of how a player plays.
