Empire Online bought by Party Gaming
December 30, 2006 on 1:09 am | In Poker News |It looks like Party Gaming (the company that owns Party Poker) has just bought Empire Online. They use to own Empire Poker but sold it to Party Gaming about a year ago. Now they have just sold the rest of the company for $66 million dollars in stock. The current acquisition that Party Gaming will take over is Noble Poker (a poker room on the ipoker network) and a couple other casinos (Including Club Dice) were owned by Empire Online.
