CryptoLogic Purchases Parbet Poker Brand

Today Cryptologic has agreed to purchase Parbet.com a Scandinavian poker room. Cryptologic will be getting parbet’s assets, software and other related parbet holdings. Cryptologic owned by WagerLogic subsidiary has agreed to pay 9 million euro’s for the company. With this purchase cryptologic is expanding their market share in the European gambling market.
