CNBC Coverage of the Internet Gambling Regulation Act

CNBC has a video on their website talking about the new internet gambling regulation act that Barney Frank has recently introduced. It has a small debate between a family activist and a casino industry employee. It also talks about what the bill has set out to do and the safeguards it has in place. The video mentions that the bill could potentially raise $20 billion dollars within 5 years!
