A bill that was recently introduced by Rep. Jose Menendez would legalize live electronic poker gambling at certain establishments in Texas.  This has been eagerly anticipated by Texan citizens who for years have fought for legal poker. If this passed, it would be the same type of law that California and Montana used to legalize poker games. This would allow Texas to regulate the game giving an increase in tax revenue.
