South Carolina Supreme Court Rules No Video Poker

The South Carolina Supreme court has recently ruled that Catawba Indian Tribe does not have the right to operate video poker at it’s casino. This is due to the ruling in 2000 that banned video poker through out S.C.  The Catawba Tribe plan’s to appeal this decision.
