North Carolina Court Rules Poker a Game of Luck

North Carolina’s state appeals court ruled that poker is mostly a game of luck.  The ruling will now make it illegal to bet anything of value during a game of poker in the state. The 3 judge panel did say that poker did have some skill involved but ultimately decided that there was more luck in the game then skill.
